One of my favorite things about being a dad and a pastor, is that I get to discover some really great resources for caregivers and children. And I love sharing resources I find that meet my incredibly picky standards. One of my favorites has been the Frolic Preschool Bible from Sparkhouse.
This book is in a regular rotation in our household. Each evening we'll take in about 5-6 stories (the book provides 40). It's colorful, easy-to-comprehend, and each story has a takeaway that helps us understand the character of God.
We started reading it with our two year old and two years later the stories still stick. While its geared for 3-5 year olds, I recommend it for all people, even adults who need a quick and enjoyable refresher on the story of God!
