Thanks to the generous 2022 technology grant from St. Margaret's Episcopal Church, our community is thriving with innovation and creativity! We're excited to share the success of our recent partnership with Maryland Hall, which has brought an exceptional Robotics and Arts program to our youth.
This free program, offered to 3rd - 5th graders, has been a resounding success. Every Thursday, eager young minds gather at Eastport UMC to explore the fascinating worlds of visual arts and robotics. With a focus on inspiration and education, this program is fostering both artistic talent and technological proficiency.
Our students are actively engaged in hands-on learning experiences, working in small groups to solve problems, collaborate with peers, and bring their creative visions to life. The impact of this program is evident in their growing confidence, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm for STEM.
We're incredibly grateful to St. Margaret's Episcopal Church for their support and to Maryland Hall for their expertise in delivering this exceptional program. Together, we're building a brighter future for our community, one innovative project at a time.
