AT THE CENTER OF EASTPORT

PRAYER GARDEN

Located in the center of the Eastport community,
our church hosts a variety of groups:

Twelve-step meetings are held in the evenings.

Ballard Senior Center exercises in Fellowship Hall.

We host and tutor an active Homework & Reading group from the neighborhood.

Our Fellowship Hall was the site of a neighborhood showing of the "Pip and Zastro" film, a documentary of two friends who crossed racial boundaries in Annapolis during a period of local and national unrest.

The Capital City Safe Streets Coalition announced its anti-crime program in our sanctuary.

Our Spanish Seventh Day Adventist brothers and sisters are established as a congregation in our church building with services on Saturdays and fellowship on Tuesday evenings.

We are a distribution site for Anne Arundel County Food Bank on the third Wednesday of each month.

The Colonial Nursery Pre-School is located in our church.

Our church is an Emergency Cooling Center in the event of a severe heat wave.

We participate each spring in the City's GreenScape Program, making our property inviting and pleasant for those around us.  Our landscaped meditation garden serves as an oasis of spiritual rest in a busy community.
